"I got my order either late last week..."
I got my order either late last week or earlier this week, I can’t remember, but it arrived fine overall. The packaging just felt a little cheap for the price, and the box was slightly bent when it showed up. Nothing inside was damaged, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but I do think the presentation could be better
"Return process just felt off"
I didn’t have a great experience with the return. Sending my order back felt way more complicated than it needed to be, and every response seemed to take forever. The refund wasn’t quick either, so I kept having to check in instead of getting a clear update. Maybe other people have had smoother returns, but my gut feeling is that their process just isn’t very organized. It ended up being more stressful and annoying than I expected.

"Works fine, but feels a little clunky"
The site does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much, but yeah, getting around it could definitely be smoother. I found myself clicking around a bit more than I expected, like wait, where was that again? Not a huge deal, just feels like the navigation could be more intuitive

It felt a bit pricey for me at first, but to be fair, it’s not bad value overall. I can see where the cost comes from, even if I’d personally like it a little cheaper.

I never got any replies, and the tracking didn’t update even once. Frustrating, and not something I’d want to deal with again.

"Felt ignored after I paid"
I wasn’t happy with the support at all. Everything seemed fine until after I paid, and then it felt like they suddenly weren’t as interested in helping me. Replies took forever, and when I finally did get a response, it didn’t really solve anything. I kept having to follow up just to get basic answers, which made me distrustful of the whole experience. I don’t think I’d order again unless their customer service gets a lot better...

"Didn't feel very upfront to me"
I just didn’t get a good feeling about the whole thing. The trust factor was low, and at a certain point I was like, give me a break, just be clear about what’s going on.

"Not really worth it for me"
I wanted to like it, and there were a couple of small things that were fine, but overall it just didn’t really land for me. The experience felt a bit disappointing and not quite worth the time I spent on it
